The Trust is a registered trust and is authorised to accept donations. Donations are exempt under section 80-G of the Income Tax Act. vide Fa. Sa. 58-59/40/12A(a) & 80(G)(5)(vi)/tak/03-04 valid from 01.04.2003 to 31.03.2005. They may be sent at the address of the trust.

Major funds for the trust have come from the sale of the book 'A Lawyer’s World and Childhood Dreams' written by Justice Yatindra Singh who is also one of the trustees of the trust. The second edition of the book has been published by Law Publishers (India) Pvt. Ltd., Sardar Patel Marg, Allahabad.

The book 'A Lawyers World and Childhood Dreams’ is a general book consisting of articles and touches upon different themes. It compares laws in India with the law in other parts of the world.

Part-I deals with different aspects of Cyber laws and is topic wise. Part-II of the book is meant to be a manual of Cyber Laws.
